Open Concept Living/Dining: Living room set has pull-out sofa, wood burning fireplace, air conditioning, flat screen TV with Cogeco cable and DVD player, phone, hard-wired Internet and dining table with 6 chairs

Kitchen: Has self-cleaning stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots & pans, dishes & glasses, cutlery, towels & dish cloths and complementary tea & coffee filters.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with hair dryer, access to private balcony or patio, flat screen TV with Cogeco cable and DVD player. Linens and towels are supplied.

RATES

PAYMENT

Invoices for rental and Security Deposit will be sent via PayPal to your email address. All payment must be made to ferdy@condoasistremblant.com using PayPal. A refundable $500 security deposit must be made for each condo rented 7 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, after post-occupancy housekeeping and inspection.

If booking 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival:

  • 20% of the total cost, including taxes, is due on booking
  • Balance is payable 30 days in advance of arrival

If booking within 30 days of scheduled arrival:

  • 100% of the total cost, including taxes, is due on booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled more than 5 days prior to arrival, the 20% deposit will be retained as an administration fee, and the remainder will be refunded
If cancelled 5 days before arrival, or less, the 20% deposit will be retained as an administration fee, as well as 50% of the remaining amount
The entire security/damage deposit is always returned for all cancellations

APPLICABLE TAXES

All applicable GST and QST will be charged. A hotel tax of $2 per night per condo also applies.

One month: The Great Canadian Escape »
Spend your vacation in Canada. Any calendar month, in Summer or in Winter.

Six months: The Full Season »
Reserve your Summer season (May through October) or Winter season (November through April). Our Summer season in Mont-Tremblant covers Spring, Summer and Fall and features golf and many other summer activities. The Winter season covers late Fall, Winter and early Spring, featuring both downhill and cross-country skiing and many other pastimes. Keep a condo all to yourself for the season, spend weekends, commute from where you live, or spend all your time there.

Three months: The Sports Special »
Any three consecutive calendar months when you can golf or ski to your heart's content! Stay at the condo for the duration if you're "from away", or commute if you live closer.

Work Week: The Sanity Break »
Get away from it all, for a full 5-day work week, with Sunday check-in and Friday check-out.
